TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

Welcome to the official website of Argovans (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, dedicated to the provision of tourism and passenger transfer services within the territory of the Argentine Republic. By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Purpose

Argovans provides comprehensive tourism services and ground transportation with professional drivers throughout various locations in Argentina. These services may include individual or group transfers to and from airports, terminals, hotels, events, corporate locations, or other agreed-upon destinations.

2. Geographic Scope

Argovans currently operates exclusively within Argentina. No international services or bookings for destinations outside the country are available at this time.

3. Bookings and Service Contracting

  • Reservations must be coordinated in advance with the Company’s team and are subject to availability confirmation.

  • A booking will only be considered confirmed once payment has been made and validated by the Company.

  • Any modifications to ground transportation services (such as schedule, location, number of passengers, etc. must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and will be subject to availability. 

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices shown are listed in US dollars (USD) and do not include local taxes, unless otherwise stated.

  • Final costs may vary depending on the date, time, type of service, and location.

  • Payment can be made via the methods enabled on the website (bank transfer, credit/debit card, virtual wallets, etc.).

  • Booking a service implies full acceptance of the price and service conditions informed.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be fully refunded.

  • Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the service will incur a 50% penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking (e.g., flight details, exact pickup address, number of passengers, etc.).

  • It is recommended that passengers be at the pickup location at least 10 minutes prior to the agreed time.

  • Argovans shall not be held liable for delays or losses due to incorrect information provided by the user or circumstances beyond its control (e.g., traffic, extreme weather, flight delays, etc.).

7. Company Responsibilities

  • Argovans commits to delivering a safe, timely, and professional service using licensed vehicles and trained drivers in compliance with current regulations.

  • In cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that prevent the service from being delivered, the Company will notify the client and provide reasonable alternatives or a full/partial refund as applicable.

8. Data Protection

All personal data collected during the booking process will be handled confidentially and used solely for service delivery, in accordance with Argentine Data Protection Law No. 25.326.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Agovans or its licensed partners and may not be reproduced or used without prior written authorization.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the provision of services will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
